Hello Blindside, You want em fast? These have been my two pet .38-40 loads for years. First of all use hardcast bullets only and if your bore is not rough you will have no problems with leading. These are the fastest i use but can give you others with imr powder if you want. OK, 130g--26g alliant 2400. for 2130fps. 180g--24.5g alliant 2400 for 2000fps. Note, I have pushed them harder but had leading problems. WARNING, Keep these away from revolvers and good luck. .45-90
