You can find it now and then. Keep your eyes open at gun shows. And a couple of site sponsors like Canada Ammo etc.

Being in Cape Breton might be an issue(generally being anywhere in Canada can be), but your local gun shop can order anything you want. Be prepared to pay up front, if the supplier can get it.
Winchester loads a 145 grain lead RN. Remington a 146 LRN in their 'Target' brand. Midway, Stateside(good place to see what's available there. No exports.), indicates the Winchester isn't available though.
