.38 S&W WSF Loads?

For the life of me, I can't seem to find any loads for Winchester's WSF. I need it to reload .38 S&W. I also have some Alliant E3 That I could use instead. I will be using 158 gr lead bullets, and 124 gr HAP bullets(.356). Thanks for your time!

It's not a .38 S&W powder. It's a .38 Super, 9mm and .40 S&W powder. Alliant has no .38 S&W data on their site either.
