Primers - $34/1000 (CCI 500)
Powder - $19/1000 (3.5gr of WW231 per load, $38 per pound)
Bullet - $85/1000 (148gr WC, $70/1000 bullets, $15 shipping from my supplier)
Brass - $0 (Actually $40/1000, but they last nearly indefinitely and you don't lose any with a revolver)

Total - $138/1000

Not that anyone would sell commercial reloads at that price, but that is what I load powder puff .38 wadcutter loads for.

Rather than give the name of the maker (he may not sell retail) here is a dealer who stocks them.

I think the price includes a $2.00 deposit on the 50 empty cases, which is refunded when you buy the next batch.

He also makes 9mm, 40S&W and 45ACP. maybe other calibers, too. He uses Titegroup powder and DRG bullets.
