You can get lever actions from Marlin and Winchester made them too. Other than that I don't know.

Winney '92's chembered in .357 mag and .38 spec
Various repros from Uberti, etc. in .38/.357

I think H&R or Rossi mage a break-action in 357/38.

Lots of companies offer rolling -block replica's in .357/.38 and theres the replicas on the Colt lightning Rifle as wel. Most rifles in .38 special are either replicas or converted original lever actions.l
