.38spl & .38spl +P brass difference?

Is there a difference between .38spl & .38spl +P brass? I found a handfull of +P at the range and don't want to chuck it if it is usable. I'm guessing the brass is the same but it's the load that is different?

I don't think there is a difference in brass between factory standard and +P loads; just that the factory must properly headstamp brass to prevent the firing of +P loads in guns not capable of handling the extra pressure.

Put them on a scale.
Brass that weighs the same will be about the same thickness/internal volume.

no difference just the load that came in them from the factory.
if your competing and ransom testing loads thats were you find a difference in brands of brass
