39gr BK's in a 204 (again) ??

I'm trying to find a load for my Tikka T3 lite she shoots the 32gr BK's with tremendous accuracy but not the 39 gr. I've tried BL(C)-2 and IMR 3031 with the "BEST" results of 1.1/4 in 5 shots @ 100 yds..Question: are there any pet loads out there for the 39gr BK'S and if so what are they and what primers........thanks.

In my 700 VLS behind 27.7grs H4895 and CCI 450 primer and Winchester brass, shoots 1/2" sometimes better (5 shot groups). Did this yesterday as a matter of fact. Gophers watch out!!
