Its been a while, But finally got some time to tinker with another one of my 3D printer gun projects.
This time I am thinking about making some of these accessories available if people are interested.

Anyway here it goes:

Here is an update: I got more... :)

Now available in Orange!

Some of you may have seen the original Little badger thread (If not click Here) Where I started tinkering with my favorite little .22lr

These guns lend themselves very well to tinkering, as they are ridiculously simple. Here is how they start out life:

So I got to work tweaking my original design, fixing a couple issues I found after a couple years of use (and hard use at that... this thing has the highest body-count in my arsenal)... I wanted to give it a more interesting appearance, bit more comfort, usable space, and storage.

I chose "Galaxy black" PLA (looks like stars in the night sky) for my material, with survival orange for the in-stock storage.

Printed new backup "minute of squirrel" Iron sights, accessory rail segment, grip, and cheek rest.

Pretty happy with how this one looks, and feels, it is much better than the minimalist wire stock, and the weight of the parts is minimal.

*Sorry about the crappy cell phone pics, need a new phone*

love it except:

handguard, too long and make the vents m-lok.
grip, improve the looks of the grip, looks too much like a short fat dong or a sagging boob, lol.
stock, incorporate a riser and find a space in the box for the ammo.

Ha ha, Ouch....

Regarding the for-end length, it puts your support hand in a pretty comfortable spot (the original version I did was a little short, but I'm 6'2")

unfortunately Mlok attachments would put too much stress on the plastic, but the three holes near the vents are already spaced to re-install the factory rail segment that you remove. So if you want side rails, you can have them.
I find side accessories make the gun too wide and kind-of take away from the backpacker aspect.

I have already modified the grip slightly to give it a flat bottom, but it is not installed yet.

Cheek riser is incorporated into the stock,

And I am thinking about a printed ammo box that would attach to the sling or bottom rail... but with the 12 rounds already on board, the other ammo is readily accessible in your pocket... unless youre on Naked and afraid.... then maybe a printed capsule for the old prison pocket?

Thanks for the comments, Next version I am thinking 2-tone OD green.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the comments.

uAJollyRogering, I am using Creality CR10S Pro V2 Printers, due to their large format build surface.

Currently filiments.ca PLA, and Tough PLA. Printed at 200 Degrees, with 60 Deg Heated glass bed, (and Glue-stick for good measure)

I might try some more advanced materials later on, but so far I am very impressed by the tough PLA.

I have to get rid of some of the older prototypes, if anyone in interested. Some fitment required, and may not be exactly as shown, contact me if anyone is interested.

I still have some revisions to go before I have worked out most of the tweaks.

next version will have adjustable sights, and a bit cleaner fit... Plus a more robust sling. mounting solution.
