"3M High Heat Adhesive Pads" missing!

So, I bought a "Shotgun Mag Tube Clamp with Light Rail" from S&J but the "3M High Heat Adhesive Pads" were missing when the product arrived.

Now I have been trying to get a hold of somebody at S&J .... but 5 -6 emails later ... still no answer ... :-(

How can one get a hold of someone at S&J? What email address is working?
