Some jurisdictions don't require you do "register" or perform any similar process to enjoy a product warranty. Quebec is one of them. Ontario, I'm not sure.

My CC is sympathetic, they've missed the delivery by months and still have no definite time to complete the orders. Ryan's last few updates were useless since they can be summed up as "they are working on it". According to him I should have had mine this week but of course it changed. Now it's next week, I'm sure next week it will be next week and so on... I could never deal with a company like BCL, his patience is incredible.

Ya, they should give him a medal for taking the brunt but someone had to. If someone told me in November id be looking at February delivery I would have cancelled and used the money on other projects underway....but I'm a the finish line now and it's NR so might as well keep waiting. I will not however be of the repeat purchasers of different calibres etc due to this experience.
