Hi everyone,

I'm looking to mount a 4-12x50 scope on an AR, and am looking for advice on what kind, and where to find a cantilever picatinny riser? I have rings already, and I don't need QR unless there is no cost difference. This is going on a Norinco, so I would like to keep it cost appropriate...i.e. as cheap as reasonably possible.

Thoughts, recommendations?

Thanks everyone,
Cal.

Have a look at burrisoptics.com, mounts & bases.
I use a PEPR qd, I believe it would clear your objective lens. It's also available as bolt on.
Most the sponsors sell Burris.

There's cheaper available, but they usually end up costing more. ;)

I have a gg&g picatinny riser that I bought off brownells for $150 USD, brand new, surplus to my need, if you are interested, it's not cantilever thou, but it raised my HDMR 3.5-21x 50mm with NEAR alpha mount 5-7mm above the rail, the scope could not be mounted without the riser as the obj lens is touching the rail)
