Here are a couple of pics next to my buddies 6" GP100
I have the same 6" Ruger as your buddy, with the wooden/rubber grip. It looks nice with the 4.2" one.
Called Roger at Shooters Choice today and snagged the last one he had (stainless). Now the wait for CPFO approval in Ban-tario.
Planning on using it for IDPA SSR, but won't be able to resist the urge to take it to the local indoor range and stoke it up with some H110 loads. Position myself next to the ISU-shooting weenies and light off a round every time they've just about finished their 10 minute prep time to break a shot
Should be almost as much fun as doing the same thing with full-case BP loads in 45 Colt !!! I tell them it helps improve their concentration
