The blocks with the holes in them. Does a case fit in them? Kinda hard to tell from looking at the pictures, but they could be home made sizing dies for use under a arbor type press. It'd be a slow way to go, but if you were cheap and did not mind the time, or were looking simply enough, for a size or shape that you could not get from a commercial die, then that would make some sense.
The smaller bullet sizing dies look like Ideal or Lyman H & I dies, to fit a Lyman or older Idea sizer. I do not recognize the larger diameter ones. Star maybe?
