.40 ammo recipe

I'm new to reloading and was looking at getting my bullets from Wolf. They are cast .40 180gr. TC (truncated cone) bullets. I will be target shooting these in my M&P 40.I'm having trouble finding recipes for this bullet i have not been able to find much on it my reloading manual isn't helping much either. I need a good recipe to kind of get me started, Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What powder are you using?

4.5 grains of Titegroup. Pretty much any Small Pistol Primer (I use WSP's or CCI's)

I use a cast 175 grain bullet and 3.8-4.2 grains Titegroup with a c.o.l. of 1.125....sissy loads but nice to shoot.

4.9-5.0gr of Longshot is a great load for practise, about 800-850FPS.
