.40 bullets, .400 or .401??

Im fairly new to reloading and I am just about to place my first order for 1000 cast TC bullets, and I just wanted to make sure I will be buying the right ones! Upon ordering there is a selection of either .400 or .401 diameter bullets for .40. My reloading book says to use .401 but im also hearing .400 from different places online, which of them do I use!? any kind of help would be much appreaciated. Also I am using titegroup powder with cci primers and will be shooting them through my M&P .40.

If your ordering cast .401 is what you should get. If your ordering jacketed you will be ordering .400

Sounds like your well on your way to shooting titegroups with that selection of componets and powder.

I re-size my tumble-lubed single groove TC cast bullets to .401, and load it over 4.7 grains Titegroup.
