.40 mags in 9mm guns question

It is generally accepted you can use un-modified Beretta 96 mags in a beretta 92 to get extra capacity legally, are there any other guns (sig, glock, etc.) where this is also true?

Anyone know?

Works in my Sig, my 40 mags accept .40, 357Sig and 9mm.

My Browning Hi power mags are not interchangeable because the lips are 1mm farther apart in the .40 than the 9mm.
