40 S&W Case bulge question

I'm looking to reload some 40 s&w for a glock 22. I have brass cases that are not badly buldged, but I do notice a expanded ring around the case down near the head, where i guess it is not chamber supported.
It is the area that the die resizer also cannot reach. I measured the case, and found the ring to be .4220 inch, and the case near the mouth to be
.418 - .419 " inches. Are these cases considered junk ?? There are no splits or cracks.

No its not the cases. AFAIK one of the major die manufacturers make a die that will get rid of the "Glock Buldge" I will see if I can get a pic.

There ya go. Its a Redding G-RX push threw die.

Get a EGW resizing die.

I use it to fix "Glock" brass bulge.
