Looking for recommendations for a sub $400 Spring gun.
It will be used for target practice out to 25 yards with my girls.
I prefer the look of real wood, but may be convinced to buy synthetic.
Will be shooting without a scope.
Undecided on .177 vs. .22
For reference I like the look of the Walther Terrus wood.
Thoughts on this gun or any others.
Thanks

Depends on how big the girls are, the Diana 24 is a couple pounds lighter than a terrus and a couple inches shorter. The 24 is non pal so friendlier to shoot especially for kids. For targets .177 is the way to go.

The best $350 I ever spent on an airgun was a used, well kept, older HW35 in .177 ... its a little heavy and not crazy high velocity but a real pleasure to shoot. And will last until you sell it on to the next owner for what ever you paid..

That is a great deal! I just bought a new HW35E. Well over my budget but couldnt resist after reading all the great reviews. Not one disappointment so far!
