40mm ammo availlable??

Anyone with a few rounds of 40mm ammunition for sale? I need some 40X46mm low-velocity rounds (practice rounds or any other live non-explosive rounds) for my launcher... If anyone know a source for these in Canada, let me know!

I believe that it is ok to own a Grenade launcher, but the ammo is prohibited.

The only supplier of 37mm anything I'm aware of is Brian at Police Ordnance. He's the maker of the Arwen riot guns, and carrys a wide variety of ammo. Problem is, some or all of it is listed on his controlled goods permit, so selling it to you could be a problem.

If you are prepared for the possibility of a negative reply, e-mail and see if the reloading components are for sale.

Ask him if he can send you some 40mm nylon hulls while you are at it... No need for the .38 casings, only the hulls!! Need hulls!

Also, there's no restrictions on 40mm rounds. There are restrictions on explosives.

If I am right 'porbly not' but if i am people allready have made them and fired them with film cans with sand or chalk inside

And they fire under 500fps that maks it legal does it not?
