Well I went up to 4.1gr with 180gr lead and I didn't have any issue with a 14/16lbs spring in my CZ75b.
I don't have access to a chrony and I would like to have the closest to the minimum minor pf (125) possible with 180gr and Universal Clay.

Anybody ever tryed? Normal to Max load for this powder is 5.0-5.8 (182pf,1046fps) but I would like something like 750 fps to get around 135pf.

Any program that calculate that based on known data or something? I saw some table of deviation somewhere for Titegroup.

Program to calculate fps with loads or recoil?

Post link for Tightgroup table please.

I would not try to go lower than 130. I try to shoot for 132 and dont think I need to go higher than that for my 9mm puff loads.

Remember the recoilspring plays a big role in percieved recoil. The lower the better - less flip. You do run the risk of beating your pistol up but thats not a concern when you load for about 130 - 135 pf.

Good luck and let us know some results of your loads.

I think it's the other way no? The more heavy you can get and still cycle reliably is the best recoil dampening since it slow down more...
