None, if you have a shotgun that is specifically chambered for both rounds and you take the choke out as specified by the maker.

Exactly - my NEF Survivor is made for both and functions perfectly.
Now, I wouldn't try the same with my 410 Backpacker but if I knew it would be safe .........

c;mon guys we were down this ROAD ONLY LAST WEEK WITH A 44-40-and 45 colt was covered back then- BASICALLY YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR BORE DIAMETER- IF IT'S 41 THEN IT'S A PURE 410 AND YOU CANNOT FIRE 45 COLT IN IT- TOO SMALL YOU WILL BLOW UP YOUR BARREL- if its 45or better you can go either -and checking the chamber or the crown isn't going to do it- you have to slug the bore and measure the diameter of the slug- that way you can be sure

We have them in stock in both nickel and blued. Very neat little gun. Great for what it is intended.
