I am looking for any load data for the 425 WR. All I could find is 1 load in a old book on cartridge conversions by George Nonte. Any help would be appreciated.

There's some data on Reloader's Nest. 410 grain Woodleigh's only though.

Uses a .435" bullet. Woodleigh seems to be the only manufacturer. An SP and an FMJ.
Trade Ex, Bashaw Sports Centre and Corlane Sporting Goods Ltd are listed as Woodleigh, Canadian dealers.
Bertram brass runs $117.95 per 20 at Shooter's Choice in Waterloo, Ont. Pricey that big stuff.

Thanks for the info I have bullets coming from Trade-Ex and brass coming from Raynandshine. Also for anyones info Corlanes in Dawson Creek have a deal going with Midway USA to bring in some of their product including Quality Cartridge brass.

I tried getting some data on this caliber awhile ago but got no responses in my thread....

What kind of rifle is it in? Any feeding issues?

The rifle will arrive in 4 months it's a Montana Rifle custom. I tried to get this caliber in a CZ 550 but it's very hard to get a dealer in Canada to bring them in. So I went the custom route. I will post when I get it and have a chance to play with it.

Nice, I have an M98 action laying around I was going to do a 425 WR build up on, but people kept telling me they had feeding issues in standard length mausers. So I put it on hold for now.

Definitely post pics when you get your rifle, I'd love to see pics of it
