43 Mauser and SR-4759 and Dacron?

Found almost a pound of SR-4759 and figured why not use it up in the 43 Mauser.

I have found data with this for trapdoor 45-70 but it showed Dacron filler is necessary. The 4198 loads for 43 Mauser line up with the 45-70 trapdoor loads but although the 45-70 data says to use Dacron the same cannot be said for the 43 Mauser published data.

Is Dacron necessary? Is it a bad idea?

lucky bugger!!!

I used up a couple tube of 4759 in 45-70, tried some with dacron and couldnt see an improvement over no dacron but i did see an improvement in consistency in my 45-90 so in a bigger case it was worthwhile.
