I'm having trouble sizing buffalo arms modified 348 brass. I'm not having any problems with the brass i already have and I sized a couple of Dominion brass that had not been fired through my gun and they sized fine.I;m using Lee dies & rcbs shell holder.I tried shims in the shell holder to lift the case up and Annealing the neck and shoulder,backing the dies out a half turn.The reformed part of the neck where the shoulder has been pushed back measures 9 or 10 thou bigger than my old brass that fits.
