I finally took out my 44 Inland M1 Carbine. It was a rainy day but I'm not made of sugar. Neither are my guns.
I shot about 50rds and didnt think it would bark this loud. I'll upload a video. I was just really out to have fun and function test it and my method of internal pinning mags. I had only 2 FTF ( duds )

I think the old 58 sunken barge surplus is getting a tad bit old.

I ran out of useable targets and sharpie ran out to group it. But I notice the front sight post is crooked and shooting to the right. Next time I'll bring more targets shoot it further and bring my spotting scope.

Carbines are fun. A Carbine with a good barrel and tight sights should get 2 inch groups at 50 yds with commercial ammo. I've seen this from 5 different ones in as issue condition over the past few yrs. Proper bedding and adjustments thereto can be a challenge. They weren't made to be tack drivers, but will do the job as intended. I'd recommend sh$t-canning that ammo. Ruptured cases are never good news.

Its 1 baggy of many I got of this stuff. Almost a shame to throw so much out tho.
