44 magnum reloading

Lee carbide dies are nice. I have 3 sets for 44 Russian, Special and Magnum.

If the brass is clean and not too over sized they go through quick without lube. If it's taking some effort you can always lube every 3rd one or give them a little spray lube and it's even easier.

I have used both RCBS and Lee carbide dies. Both work well, but the Lee decapper is much stronger.

The 44 mag and 45 Colt are easy cases to size.

If the brass is clean, no lubing required.

I also load 9mm and 40 with carbide, but find they load much easier if I use a bit of lube on them. So I tumble them after sizing to clean and polish at the same time.

Definitely go with carbide; that's what the vast majority of die sets are that you are likely to find. Lubrication is not necessary, but lightly lubricating cases cuts down on effort considerably. Cleaning the lube off afterwards is a simple matter of spraying the cases with brake cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and rolling them back and forth in a towel.
