44 magnum shotshell build for contender

looking for suggestions and ideas, I have a 44 magnum carbine and currently load for, not having much success finding a 45/410 barrel for the encore or contender I am considering trying a 44 magnum cartridge to load with shot for pest control, the factory shells have a plastic container you put shot into and set similar to a lead projectile,

anyone know where to get these plastic tubes or what else can be used

Somewhere I am sure I have seen someone made their own 44 mag shot shells. Not sure the load but it was powder then a cardboard wad/ separator then the shot and capped with a 44 mag gas check for cast bulltets. Seem pretty slick

thinking some time this week 3d printing some plastic tubes to hold the shot, punch thick cardboard wads to hold the shot in tube then set it into the brass like a normal lead
 
You can get the tubes, but they're good for rats at 5 feet and that's about it. The shot spreads too fast and there just isn't enough of it
