I thought I better ask and make sure.

.44 Magnum lever action rifle will shoot .44 Rem Magnum rounds right?

I looked in the sir catalog and found .44 magnum and .44 rem magnum have different bullet grains so I'm not sure.

Yep. Factory .44 mag rifle ammo usually comes in boxes of 20. Handgun ammo is usually in boxes of 50. You probably don't want to use rifle ammo in a handgun though. It's loaded hotter.

No. .44 Remington Magnum is a cartridge. That cartridge is chambered into both rifles and handguns.
