where can someone find 44 special ammo? seems to be dry in manitoba

Have you considered taking up reloading? You could set yourself up with some Lee stuff for less than $200. What's 44 special ammo go for these days? It's not in any of the catalogues that I have handy.

The only time I ever found .44spl ammo commercially, it went for $31/50. Needless to say, I started reloading!

They have it at WSS in Calgary for $41/50. I can buy .44 Magnum cheaper so I didn't see the point.

fully intend to. in fact i have casting equipment here somewhere, hard to find after the move

still, i know where some of it is. im told lyman has good molds. would love to find a swchp.

at any rate, im looking for factory stuff just to have something to benchmark my eventual reloads against, and to see whether i have a tackdriver or a lemon.
