Finally got around to modifying my Guide Gun to a full length mag tube. Thought someone might like to see....
Picked up a used tube, "Cowboy" model from that place in Alberta, Edmonton I think but I cant remember it was sooo long ago. Lol. Took a few measurements and cut about 6 inches off. Here are the results....Sorry for the crappy picks
Holds a few more now and looks great IMHO.

Dis the same with mine year's ago, and never regretted it!
I use a nylon sling and worked it between the mag tube and barrel.

My 1895 GBL came with a full length tube, I think it looks better too. Also it is always better to have more rounds in the tube, they are extremely fun guns to shoot.

Thanks guys, I really like how it came out, cant believe I procrastinated for so long.
No need to change the spring, I got the tube used but new ones are available from Brownells, at least the blued ones are which is where I picked up the dovetail cutter.
