.45-70 w/ IMR3031

Any good recipes for 3031 with a Hornady 350 gr FP? Easy to find for "RN" and should be the same , but I'm not totally certain. Loading for an XLR (24" bbl) and would like to stick with my CCI LR (200) primers. Looking for a strong load, read big bear no comfort zone. Brass is once-fired in my gun.

"...should be the same..." Yep. Load for the bullet weight. The shape of the bullet doesn't matter. Use the data on Hodgdon's site and you'll be fine.

What does matter is seating depth. If you are seating to the cannelure, check that they are the same. If not, you will have to work up the load from safe levels.
I doubt there is significant difference, but it pays to be careful.
