.45 ACP AR sounds supressed

"Yes... lets bumpfire a gun which wasn't designed for full-auto in the first place and then videotape it!"

"Great idea! And if the antis stumble across it they can play the footage of the "legal babykilling silencer machinegun" over and over and over again on the new"

"Great Scot! What a brilliant idea!"

 Like it really matters, if no one had mentioned it then any anti stumbling across here wouldent have known anyway. Its in the US. The same place I got that vid, they are shooting F/A 9mm ARs. It was just supposed to be an interesting video. I liked how the 45 ACP sounds almost supressed from that gun.

They make .45 AR's? I thought the barrel wall was too thin...

Yep. When I was looking for an AR I found some .45 ACP AR's that Olympic Arms made. I believe the run on a modified Sten or Uzi mag. w ww.olyarms.com/?rootView=browse&view=cat&ids=pistolcal They also have them in 10mm.

.45ACP is the ideal round for suppressed fire: it is subsonic from the start.
Once the sonic crack of the bullet is gone, you only have to deal with the original gases from the cartridge. With a longer barrel, this is already half of the work.
A small can at the end will dissipate what remains.
This is why the Delisle carbine was so effective.

how many can you put in a mag for a 9mm AR carbine? whatever that is......thats your answer.

Depends on how heavily you modify it. If you were to modify it to run on a pistol mag of some sort then you could use 10 rounds pistols mags. Just like the Olympic arms that run on glock mags.

I bet your just the life of the party when you go out with your friends.

That's my .45 ACP AR-15 carbine. It consists of:

1) Cavalry Arms MKII AR-15 receiver (which is molded to accept Thompson and M3 Grease Gun mags)
2) Hahn Precision .45 Grease Gun Mag Block
3) Hahn Precision 8oz sub-caliber heavy buffer
4) Olympic Arms .45 ACP carbine upper
5) M3 Grease Gun mags

Don't have any pics of the full carbine, but here's what the lower looks like with a mag in it.

And if y'all need anymore "full auto baby killing" material for the anti's, here you go.
