As far as I know the guy that made these kit isn't selling them anymore, but they were going for around 400 bucks. I bought an sporterized endfeld to do this too and sat on the fence and now I'm screwed.I'd love to get a kit too.

The kits were produced by a US company Special Interest Arms and were imported and sold by a GCN vendor who has since went out of business. If you're looking for one now your best option may be to get in touch with Special Interest Arms.

juanvaldez was making the barrels and barrel nuts .
i believe it was only the mag adapter that was being imported .
if a guy can find a barrel manufacturer in canada , one licensed so they can make a shorter than 18 inch barrel , the rest isn't that hard to make .

Anybody can make a barrel from a blank... but there are several manufacturers that could make one. Dlask, bitsofpieces, north shore have all done barrels for me personally.

it is my understanding a person needs to be a "manufacturer " to make a barrel , from a blank , shorter than 18 inches
