I find that the Norc 45 and the CZ 9mm have short leades and therefore require the bullet to be seated deeper. Unless you are near max powder, this will not matter.
If it is a new bullet to you in that gun, make up a test of 10 rounds at the minimum Start load, and then in 0.3 gr increments and test for accuracy. I find that usually one load will stand out. In my Norc, 5.3 gr of Win 231 and the Campro 230 is excellent at 850 fps.
