45 ACP LSWC Target loads in M&P45 or Glock 21

Has anyone had any experience shooting 45 ACP 200 gr LSWC target loads in any of the double action 45s, such as the Glock 21 or M&P45 or SIG 220 or XD? I have an STI 1911 that has no probelms with target loads however I would like to get a double action 45 and shoot a variaty of loads including Ball & LSWC target loads.

I use the 200gr LSWC over 4.5 gr Tite Group, or 5 gr 231 or 6 gr 7625.

If you are looking at shooting IDPA or IPSC Major you might want to bump up the load to 5.3 gr of Win 231 to make PF. Load is ecxtremely accurate out of my .45 1911's. One of the guys here had the M&P in .45acp and used the same load with good results.

200 grs H&G cast SWC over 5.8 grs W231 has been a longtime favorite of mine in various 1911s.

I use 5.3 of 231 and a 200 SWC in both my Norc Commander and my M&P45, very accurate load with no issues in either (5,000 through the Norc and 1,000+ through the M&P) I've gone as low as 4.8 of 231 in the M&P with no issues. The 45 M&P is under rated in my opinion, these are highly accurate, reliable pistols and relative to other DA 45's they are quite cheap.
