How much is a fair price for 100 once fired?

How about a 1000?

Any sources for the stuff in Ontario? Loaded or unloaded.

I've paid .10/piece, and think that's a fair price. Anywhere from .10-.15 can be expected (IMHO).

The good thing about .45 brass is it doesn't really wear out. 15-20 loadings are not uncommon, due to the low pressure of the round.

As CH said above they run 100 -125 / thou but last forever. I have brass that has been fired so many times it getting hard to read the headstamp.
Check the EE someone is selling .45acp brass every week or so

i'm a cheapo, when i go to the range i pick up my brass, and then i asked for permission from the other shooters if i can pick up their brass. not many people picking up brass at ranges, at least when i'm there. when i'm at the front counter, i'll try to persuade the guys to shoot the caliber that i'm shooting that day.

you must shoot at a rental range or something florin , because no one i know leaves behind brass at any range i shoot at unless its .22 or steel

yes sir i do. which is great because there are a lot of walk-ins, people will go through 2 boxes of ammo and leave the brass.

10 to 12 cents apiece isn't a bad deal for 1 x 45 ACP. As posted above, they last eons. Whatcha gonna do,, hold out for 10 bucks on 1000 brass when you need it? Not likely.

Just watch out for primer pocket sizes. Small or large is ok but you don't want a mixture (range brass).
