HI,
Just got the new Blackhawk but need to find a dealer(s) that carry .45LC.
If they ship bulk, even better.
Anybody know who carries it?
Cheers:)

Not hard to find in our neck of the woods, we have quite a selection in our store, or you can save a pile of money and reload.....about 10 diff. bullets avail. from MT Chambers' Supply. Reloading is probably the only way you can get those heavy loads that rival the .44Mag. in a Blackhawk.

x2 on the reloading of the 45 long colt. Its to expensive to buy loaded if your gona shoot 100 to 150 rds everytime at the range.

Even a lee hand loader works great there like $30
I bet for the price of 4 x 50 Rd Factory boxes you can buy everything you need to start to load your own ;)

don't be surprised if she shoots way low ( like 6-8 inches) - mine did- that front sight is too high by quite a bit- whoever put that thing on there was thinking of 300 + grain high vel rounds- the ones meant for ruger /contender only- again, the price of loaded rounds exceeded the price of 44 mag rounds- about 35/50 or so last time i checked

btw, it's 45 colt, not long colt- it's a common mistake

.45 Long Colt has become the way to describe cartridge vs the .45Auto. Colt Pistol......Arnies is the Gunshop here in P/A Sask....Im only in on Saturdays...i think the cost of shipping that ammo may be prohibitive due to hazmat charges.
