Anyone shooting 250-260 gr 45 cal cast out of the henry big boy 45 LC and getting good accuracy? Like to hear Your loads. I've seen too many half inch groups when it's using copper XTP's to let it away with 5" groups with cast

I have no experience with the BB .45 Colt, but my BB .44 Mag is very accurate with 240 Hard Cast SWC's and 20 grains of H110...

The common advice I've seen over at Cast Boolits is to slug the bore and pick a cast boolit size from the findings. Basically find out what the groove diameter is and then find a cast bullet that is .001 to .002 over that and you're pretty certain to be off to a good start for both accuracy and avoiding leading issues.
