454 puma - where do i start?

want to reload! what bullets to use? live on van isl. . powder? Bought some 110. plan on getting a 45LC as well. 45 dies work for 454? Case trimming necessary?
Would like to use cast but dont understand all these leading issues.
any help would be cool
What do u use? down to the brand of bullet and powder.

Pretty much anyone of the reloading manuals will get you started. If you are completely new to the reloading world I would suggest getting a manual and reading it before you get anything in the way of components.

Pretty much all your questions will be answered one way or another in the manual. Bullets, it depends on what your shooting at and ranges etc...

Powders, there will possibly be several which various reloaders use. Again, research the manual, the web and the manufacturer of the powders, they often have their own charts for reloading when using their powder.

And then there is a wealth of experienced reloaders on CGN who will offer advice as well. Some will agree, some will not. At the end of the day your responsible for what your putting in your gun, so be aware of what others are giving in the way of recipes and such.
