.455 webley

I find the best bet is to scrounge gun shows, but it's getting pretty hard to find.

I noticed Fiocchi made .455 ammo on the site, but is out of stock. Any idea if you're getting more/when? I would like a couple boxes (3-4).

.455 is easy to load. Hornady mkII brass is reasonably cheap and .454 and sometimes 452 cast lead bullets work very well in these guns. I doubt you'll find a reasonable priced box of loaded ammo anywhere....

I shot some of fiocchi stuff. It's warm-ish. I won't use it in my MkI or MKII revolvers. Your opinion may vary, and that's fine.

I don't have any interest in racing a 115 year old workhorse but i don't actually care if someone else does.

Fiocch brass isn't my favourite for reloading either.

Oddly enough my dies like the fiocchi brass better for reloading and I would trade some my new hornedy brass for it. It's funny that often what you don't have is what one considers the "best":)Just got some old dominion MKI brass, maybe that will be my new favorite;)

My new mission is to get a progressive press to work with the wide rimmed brass.

No problems reloading the fiocchi brass and i am using a Lee Turret press

I didn't have a physical problem reloading fiocch brass. I don't like it because it doesn't hold a crimp well, very thin in the web area, uses small pistol primers, and didn't last very long.

I agree it is good for one thing tho it works in alot of 450 Caliber bulldogs where as the longer 455 Domion colt ammo wont.
I prefer and use the Orignal Domion 455 Colt brass its longer gives greater accuracy and uses big primers.
