.45ACP Headstamp?

Today at the range I picked up some .45ACP brass with a new to me headstamp. Primers are sealed with a green goop, but don't look crimped. The markings are a triangle and "93" and '45 Auto". Is this the Norinco stuff Canada Ammo was flogging or some other surplus stuff?
