Based on the model and that it`s just marked in .476 it`s definetly a prescribed antique, that caliber's popularity ceased well before 1898. Unless it`s currently registered as a restricted you don`t even need CFC`s opinion. If it is registered get it reclassified as an antique it will be worth much more.
Generally it looks to be in reasonably good condition in the photos, no apparent major surface pitting. Generally the triggers and hammer were in the white so I have to wonder about a reblue in it`s history. It almost looks like the frame, trigger and hammer are case coloured like some Colt SAA`s of the period. I`m not sure if Webley did that. That said, there were so many variations and it could be completely correct. Overall, if shootable I agree with killer kanuck`s $1300+ evaluation. It looks like a nice collectible piece.
Now as a shooter in .476 cailber it`s seriously less desirible. The cylinders are likely bored evenly through with no throat and will greatly depend on a hollow based and rather large nonstandard sized 45 cal bullet for optimal accuracy(translation- your are going to have to get into some serious bullet casting and reloading). Even if you discount the poor rifling, this gun will never be a bullseye gun by any means.
