5.56, 16" barrel, what twist??

I'm planning to buy an AR, really want the 16 inches barrel. My dilemma is 1/7 twist? or 1/9 twist? DD seems all in 1/7. and windham is 1/9 or 1/7
Will be using 55-62 g
HELP!

My DD barrel has no probs with lighter 55gr pills. For a mass produced barrel, I'm surprised at the accuracy.

Got a Frankenshrubmaster with a DD barrel in 1/7. If you do your part it will work just fine with 55gr American Eagle. Never tried heavier so couldn't tell you the results.
