Sorry, but the 223 will be all over the 6.8SPC re: wind drift and drop at all distances.
The 223 has no issue pushing the 75gr Amax to 2950/3000fps. The 80gr Amax will be 2900/3000fps depending on pipe used. BC runs in the .45 range.
This is standard SAAMI rated stuff not some hero loadings.
The best 270 cal match bullet that this case can push is the 115gr MK which is approx .4 to .42. The best velocity that you are going to get from this case is 2600/2700fps.
If we equalize the BC, the 300 to 400fps advantage of the 223 will reduce wind drift significantly. If we use similar muzzle velocities, the 223 can push very high BC 90gr Bergers/JLK's (0.510 vs 0.4ish).
Like comparing the 308 to the 300WM.
The only advantage is the heavier large cal bullets which will offer more hitting power on military targets.
For varmints, the advantage still stays with the 223 as the Amax are way better at LR expansion then any MK.

PS very glad to see someone do well with the 223 in competition. There seems to be a lack of support for these 'small' bullets despite that ballistically, the 223 is the same (some cases better). Many countries compete with the 223 very well but in North America, the 308 is still considered the better of the two.
Maybe it is because it barks and bites more...
