5.56 ammo in Tikka T3 tactical ???

Is 5.56 safe in .223 Tikka T3 chamber? Thanks!

Yes. Always has been, always will be. Fully interchangeable in all respects.

In my experience the tikka .223 chambers are cut very tight, which is a good thing for accuracy, but using surplus norinco would only chamber about 50% of the rounds.

All other factory ammo and reloads chambers without issue.
