I guess i was spoiled in the army, now that i'm out i picked up two sks's for me and my other half, this 5 round rule blows. My analogy would be having ### but keeping your clothes on. BOOOOO!!

SKSs only hold 10 anyways (fixed mag) and I can reload pretty fast via stripper clips.There was a post on here showing how to make 10 round stripper clips into 5 rounders.I think it was in the ''red rifles'' section.It sucks but still fun to shoot. Cheers.

Can always get something that takes 10 round mags like the XCR or CZ(with mods), or a pistol cal carbine.

I do not like the 5 round rule anymore than I like a cold wet backside. However be that as it may the 5 round rule is downright stupid. A magazine can be changed out in about .5 second. This 5 round rule is something I nerver understood when you can get 30 rounds off in about as fast as U can squeeze the trigger, even with changing out to a fresh mag. I guess the lawmakers that wrote and passed the 5 round rule did not know a thing about firearms. All you need do is arrange your full mags on your person so that U can access them as quickly as U need them. The individual that is bent on doing mayhem with a firearm is going to ignore the 5 round rule anyway. It is only the law abiding firearm owner that is going to comply. Now I do not own or shoot automatic firearms as they are in my opinion too expensive to shoot and are not needed for target shooting or hunting. If you cant get em with the first shot you do not belong in the bush. I do not begruge those shooters that wish to own and shoot automatic firearms it just is not my cup of tea. I got my fill of em in the US Navy and Marine Corps.

I compare the 5 round rule to a pitbull ban. Completely useless but there is always a couple of dumbasses that for the rest of time it ruin it for everyone.
