50-70 dies

Dies are avail. from Buffalo Arms in USA at good prices, I got a set of RCBS dies for a 50/90 Sharps for $39. Bullets avail. from MT Chambers Supply. Beware of some who may try and skin you for $150 for the same dies.
 
Don't know what it has to do with the 50/70 but yes you can load 45/90 or 45/100. 45/110, or 45/120 with 45/70 dies, in fact most Black powder cartridges can be reloaded easily with out dies.
 
I bought my 50 70 dies from Track the wolf and 100x 50 70 cases there prices were better than anything up here.
And yes they have the proper permits to ship 50 70 cases up here!
 
Thanks guys. I was looking for a Cdn source to get them faster than from the US because I would like to get to the Black Powder Rendezvous near the end of Feb. I'm reloading 12.7X44R and it's going to take at least 2 mo to get those dies, so I guess I'll have to settle for 50-70. Just got a Swede rolling block from P&SMilitaria and it looks like a shooter.
 
I also have a 12.7 X44R, but from Tradex, and use my 50-70 dies to load for it with no problems. The 50-70 sets are WAAAY cheaper than a set of 12.7, and work just fine.

I have a set of rcbs 50-70 dies I would lend you to get you going if you wish. Send me a pm. Not for sale, but I won't be using them for awhile. I'm waiting for a barrel liner for mine and won't be using it at least till May. Mark
