Anyone here have any idea what 50 BMG complete rounds are worth? My friend has about 500 Greek AP...pretty sure he said greek...he wants me to sell for him.

I'll give you five bucks for 'em.

Seriously, no idea.
I bet it's a pretty penny though.
I'd figure at least 5$ a pop.

How does one go about acquiring 500 rounds of that particular ammo?

If you mean how did he, he's had it for a long time.

I haven't seen any 50 cal for under $10.00 each at any gun show in years. Some of the prices above are what some of these guys would like to pay for it I think.

The green tip(usually over a grey stripe) indicates Raufoss Mk 211 MultiPurpose ammo. It has an HE and incendiary component. That makes it illegal to have.

I have seen it yesterday for 5 bucks US a round at a gunshow. also saw it at 4 bucks US. That is considered decent pricing, 7 bucks US is considered HIGH pricing, I would say 7 to 10 bucks cdn would be more than fair, especially if he wants to sell it.

More than 10 bucks a round he will likely be sitting on it. 50 BMG guys generally reload too, so i would see if the brass is reloadable. I would also try to sell it in 25-50 rnd lots again lowering the price for the larger the lot.

That is of course if he wants to sell it.
