Has anyone heard of a caliber known as ".50 Mack 1 Short"?

Not sure if the spelling is right.

Looks like my idea for a wildcat's already been done - again. grr....

I think I'll take a 20x102 Vulcan case, strengthen it, double its length, and THEN neck it down!

Here's a picture from a guy that's gone the OTHER way; he blows out a 20mm Vulcan case to take a 4 Gauge projectile (the empty on the far right is a 30-06 empty)

Holly crap that thing is big.I can only imagine what kind of energy that thing would dump into an animal.i'm not sure what would be worse...getting trampled and gored by a cape buffalo or shooting that thing.
