A 125-shell loadout seems about right for starters (2 x 50-shell loops #####-crossed about the chest, and a 25-shell belt around the waist).
Edit: Not to mention "on-board" ammo, of course...

I got the nylon/elastic one from Marstar. Works well enough and has pretty good LCF. One thing, though, it to load 5 rounds and then leave a space to that the belt can still flex a little. Otherwise, it's like wearing a very heavy hoola-hoop
